Returns
If your order is not quite right for you, you may be eligible to return for a credit, exchange or refund. All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please be careful when trying on your purchase as all returned items must be in their original, unworn condition – free of odours and marks. Any garments returned that are not in the required condition may be subject to refusal and returned back to you at your expense.
FULL PRICED ITEMS may be returned for an online credit/refund (Worldwide) or exchange (AUS only).
SALE ITEMS are final sale and may only be returned for an online store credit (Worldwide) or exchange (AUS only). No refunds on Sale items.
Shipping of returns and exchanges are at the expense of the customer unless product is deemed faulty.
We can not accept liability for an item been returned until it has been received so we strongly recommend using tracking to ensure your parcel arrives to our office.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds on sale items or gift certificates.
Please allow up to 7 days for the refunds to be processed.
Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
You will receive email confirmation stating that your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused with tags attached.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will contact you via email.
Saint rose will dispatch your exchange at no additional cost.
Final Sale or Outlet
Unfortunately final sale or outlet products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s.
