Saint rose offers Free Shipping for All Orders Australia Wide

All Orders are shipped within 2-5 days. Delivery can be between 2-10 days business days.

Overnight Shipping available with Express Shipping on request for an extra fee.

Once Order is sent you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can track the progress of your delivery.

All deliveries are sent via Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We offer International Shipping to most Countries below with the following flat rate. Please email info@saintrose.com.au for other Countries not listed below. Orders will be processed within 1-2 days and delivery can take between 3-15 business days.

All orders are dispatched via Australia Registered International Post.

New Zealand: $20

United States: $25

Europe: $25

Asia: $25

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country / or the country you’re shipping to. You will be responsible for additional charges that incur for customs clearance; saint rose has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for further information.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you require any changes to your order including address details and sizing please contact us as soon as possible at info@saintrose.com.au to ensure modifications can be applied. Please note if delayed we may not be able to action any requested changes.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Saint Rose we do hope that you love your new purchase. However if for some reason it is not what you imagined we understand and you may return your item for an exchange, credit or refund within 14 days of receiving. Please contact our customer care team at info@saintrose.com.au to arrange your return.

We are happy to exchange, credit or refund your items within 14 days of receiving your order where items are:

• In their original condition with tags attached.
• Goods have not have been worn, altered or washed
• Goods are returned within 14 days of shipment date for Australian customers and within 28 days of shipment date for International customers
• N.B – There is no exchange or refund on accessories & gift cards
• Items purchased on promotion are not eligible for a refund – exchange or credit note only.

EXCHANGES

• Please allow up to 7 days to receive your exchange.
• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will contact you via email.
• Saint rose will dispatch your exchange at no additional cost.

CREDIT NOTES

• Please allow up to 7 days for credit notes to be processed.
• You will receive email confirmation stating that your credit note has been processed.
• You will be credited the dollar value of the item returned, excluding any shipping charges.
• Credit notes are effective from the date of issue and valid for 6 months

REFUNDS

• Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to be processed.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
• You will receive email confirmation stating that your refund has been processed.
• We do not offer refunds on sale items.
